Job Responsibilities
- Develop a schedule to assess regional training needs
- Conduct and support promoter interviews
- Consult with Training manager, Training supervisor and other trainers, managers, and Chinese managers for all training needs and tasks
- Track and compile sales data and monitor improvement
- Localize training materials based on data, research, and direction from HQ
- Communicate training needs and online resources
- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
- Conduct Training tests and review achieved results
- Maintain a database of all training materials
- Execute and support employee training and onboarding
- Conduct training through new/current materials
- Review employee performance and learning
- Coordinate and monitor Training schedules, costs, and equipment
Job Requirements
- HND/BSC
- Completed NYSC
- At least *2 years * experience facilitating training
- Telecom sales experience is an added advantage
Pay: 80-100k
