Job Responsibilities

  • Sales of retail Postpaid lines (Individual, corporate, SME)
  • Organize teams to locations, spots, events, offices of target markets for quality acquisition.
  • Monitoring and Tracking of DSE performance
  • Training & Development
  • Drive governance of quality retail postpaid gross adds with DSEs and ensure adherence to pre−defined quality delivery model.
  • Performance report and review

Job Requirements

  • BSc/HND
  • Masters will be an added advantage
  • 5 years of sales experience, at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
