- Sales of retail Postpaid lines (Individual, corporate, SME)
- Organize teams to locations, spots, events, offices of target markets for quality acquisition.
- Monitoring and Tracking of DSE performance
- Training & Development
- Drive governance of quality retail postpaid gross adds with DSEs and ensure adherence to pre−defined quality delivery model.
- Performance report and review
- Masters will be an added advantage
- 5 years of sales experience, at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
