Admin Manager

Admin Manager is needed for a client in the gaming company located in Delta state.


  • General filing and documentation of record of invoices, support documents, memos etc.)
  • Sending monthly financial reports to National Office to facilitate preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports.
  • Banking and bank transactions such as cheque lodgment, cheque renewal, statement of account etc.
  • Preparation of payment vouchers and issuance of cheques.
  • Supervising the preparation of cash and Income register.
  • Handling clients request, complaints and enquiries.
  • Implementing operational procedure
  • Analyzing the posting session control report
  • Journalizing the entries in the posting sessions control report
  • Receives, stores, tags and tracks surplus property, prepares items list and monitoring process;
  • Ensuring that the company’s policy of orders and supplies are strictly adhered to;
  • Monitor and keep detailed records of supplies and customer credit list to track expenditures;
  • Respond to internal requisitions and monitor issued items till final usage;
  • Disbursement of items based on management agreed measurement.
  • Direct the procurement of services, supplies and equipment to support department functions;
  • Carry out sport checks and random follow ups to ensure that all the procedures of work are being followed;
  • Ensures that approved office policies practices and procedures are understood and followed;
  • Participate in the coordination of administrative and clerical staff;
  • Recommend changes and improvements to the admin manager regarding work unit policies and issues to improve productivity.


Relevant years of work experience

professional certification, good degree/HND needed for managerial roles.
