Admin Manager is needed for a client in the gaming company located in Delta state.
- General filing and documentation of record of invoices, support documents, memos etc.)
- Sending monthly financial reports to National Office to facilitate preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Banking and bank transactions such as cheque lodgment, cheque renewal, statement of account etc.
- Preparation of payment vouchers and issuance of cheques.
- Supervising the preparation of cash and Income register.
- Handling clients request, complaints and enquiries.
- Implementing operational procedure
- Analyzing the posting session control report
- Journalizing the entries in the posting sessions control report
- Receives, stores, tags and tracks surplus property, prepares items list and monitoring process;
- Ensuring that the company’s policy of orders and supplies are strictly adhered to;
- Monitor and keep detailed records of supplies and customer credit list to track expenditures;
- Respond to internal requisitions and monitor issued items till final usage;
- Disbursement of items based on management agreed measurement.
- Direct the procurement of services, supplies and equipment to support department functions;
- Carry out sport checks and random follow ups to ensure that all the procedures of work are being followed;
- Ensures that approved office policies practices and procedures are understood and followed;
- Participate in the coordination of administrative and clerical staff;
- Recommend changes and improvements to the admin manager regarding work unit policies and issues to improve productivity.
Relevant years of work experience
professional certification, good degree/HND needed for managerial roles.
