We are recruiting on behalf of our client (a strong retailer of fast-moving consumer goods with 4 branches in strategic communities in Lagos State), an HR Generalist with 3-5 years’ experience in a reputable chain of fast-food stores.
Responsibilities
• Manpower Planning and Recruitment
• Salary & Benefits Administration
• Administration of the Performance Management process
• Management of the Learning and Development process
• Employee Relations Management
• Employee Records Management and Exit Management
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes Required
• BSc/HND or its equivalent
• A professional certification in Human Resources (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM etc)
• Ability to use a Human Resources Information System is an advantage
• 3-5 years’ experience as an HR generalist in a reputable chain of fast-food stores
• Good understanding of the retail business
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Very organised and a good planner
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Trustworthy, discrete and credible
• Good coach
• Proactive, collaborative and persuasive
• Good with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
