Job Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding top talent.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies tailored to client needs.
• Perform HR generalist duties, including employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance.
• Partner with clients to understand their business goals and deliver recruitment solutions.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field is required
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist roles.
• Proven track record of hiring top-performing talent.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment laws in Nigeria.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must be a Team Player
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
