Responsibilities
- Lead and manage key business functions (finance, operations, supply, facilities, sales, marketing, or executive support).
- Ensure compliance with financial, operational, managerial, and safety regulations.
- Prepare accurate reports for decision-making and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, executives, clients, and vendors.
- Drive efficiency, growth, and innovation through technology and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Accounting, Business, Hospitality, Real Estate, Marketing, Engineering, etc.).
- 4+ years of experience in hospitality, real estate, or related industries.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools (QuickBooks, Opera PMS, Yardi, SAP, Odoo, Salesforce, Canva, MS Excel, etc.).
- Integrity, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset.
