Job Title: Weighbridge Operator

Overview of Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented Weighbridge Operator to manage accurate weighing of
vehicles at our facility while supporting key administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth logistics,
proper documentation, and compliance with operational procedures.
Responsibilities
* Verify vehicle, customer, material, and tonnage details.
* Receive and inspect delivered materials against purchase orders and delivery notes.
* Operate the weighbridge for inbound and outbound trucks.
* Report issues related to deliveries, materials, safety, or logistics to the line manager.
* Unload, store, and organize items in designated areas.
* Complete and manage delivery notes, goods received notes and return documentation.
* Scan, file, and email documents to customers.
* Fill out inspection sheets and update digital records.
* Handle phone inquiries and other administrative duties.
Skills and Requirements
* Minimum of OND/HND in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
* Prior experience in weighbridge operations or logistics preferred.
* Familiarity with inventory systems and basic data entry.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Salary: 180,000.00 Monthly Gross.
