What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement winning sales strategies targeting corporate, institutional, and individual clients.
- Generate leads through events, networking, referrals, and social media.
- Build and manage long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Negotiate and close deals on property sales, leases, and hospitality contracts.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and monitor competition.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, open houses, and industry events.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute impactful promotional campaigns.
- Track sales performance and provide reports, forecasts, and KPIs.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience in hospitality or real estate with a strong track record of closing deals.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong networking abilities and industry know-how.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.)
