HRLeverage, a leading Pan-African workforce management company operational in 6 Africa countries is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented RA/PV Coordinator to join our client’s team that is a big player in the Multinational-Pharmaceutical industry in its Ivory Coast office.
RA/PV interface.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of an RA/PV dashboard to give an overview of all external requirements of safety documents submitted to aid in the compliance and the local impact assessment of all the documents.
- Ensuring all tracking tables are up to date.
- Take down minutes and track actions during RA/PV monthly meetings.
Role as a PV Personnel
- QPPV in Ivory Coast as required by the current regulations.
- Translation of external requirements from French to English
- Communication with French speaking Health Authorities in the West and Central African Markets.
- Assist in Safety reporting to the local regulatory authorities as applicable.
- Weekly Literature search which are conducted by Delta PV.
- Send out monthly oversight reports to all QPPVs.
- Maintain a constant state Audit and inspection readiness.
- Assist in tracking of deviations and audit and inspection findings.
- Assist in archiving of PV documents.
Role as an RA Personnel
- Assists track the lifecycle management submissions (labelling variations, safety updates, safety signals, site updates) etc – there are several given the number of products and MA regulated markets (40). Over and above VR we require local trackers that will be updated by team members weekly for progress tracking. By ensuring and consolidating the updates this will support my quality review of the trackers and enable me focus on strategic tasks
- Serialization project – provide administrative support in progress tracking of the activities, variations and submissions for the markets, minutes of meetings.
- Provide administrative support of the various RA checklists, RA planning sheets updated monthly and coordinate the updating with the team and cross functional colleagues- quality, logistics CAS.
The role will provide for 60% FTE in PV and 40% FTE in RA
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Qualification
Bachelor of Pharmacy degree
Registered as a pharmacist in Ivory Coast
Bilingual language proficiency in English and French
