About the Role
We are looking for a People Excellence Advisor to support employees and managers with HR services that enhance the overall employee experience. This role will provide guidance on HR policies, benefits, payroll, and other employee services while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely support.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers.
Support payroll and benefits administration processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate employee services such as long service awards, contracts, and benefits.
Assist with the roll-out and administration of HR programs.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and local legislation.
Prepare reports, presentations, and HR documents as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of HR experience, particularly in HR administration, employee relations, and payroll support.
Professional HR certification is an advantage (e.g., CIPM, SHRM).
Strong computer skills with proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
