Role Overview
HRLeverage Africa – The Workforce and Workspace service company with presence in over 8 African countries – is recruiting for our client, a leading player in the PR/Advertising industry in Lagos.
We seek a seasoned HR professional with a passion for building thriving workplaces in fast-paced creative industry. The successful candidate will lead our client’s people strategy, drive culture, enhance employee engagement, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
•Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals.
•Lead talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
•Build a culture of engagement, creativity, and collaboration.
•Oversee performance management, compensation, and rewards.
•Ensure HR operations and compliance with Nigerian labour laws.
Key Requirements
•7–10 years progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in leadership.
•Background in PR, Advertising, Media, or other creative industries is an added advantage.
•Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., CIPM, SPHRi, SHRM) is a core requirement.
•Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
•Exceptional leadership, communication, and people management skills.
•Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure, client-driven environment.
