Frontline/Customer Service Officer with at least 2 years cognate experience from Retail or Service Industries.

Job responsibilities
- Welcome customer
- Take all details needed for the order
- Give price to customers (with the help from supervisor/manager)
- Up-selling for both services and stationary section
- Report to Supervisor
- Client enquiry & feedback
- Updating database
- Reply to e-mails
- Answering the phones after two rings
Requirements
- Excellent MS Office skills especially MS Word and Excel
- Excellent communication via email
- Report writing
- Problem-solving ability
- Ability to implement plans and instructions
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to plan and execute plans
Remuneration
N70,000 monthly net pay
