Frontline/Customer Service Officer with at least 2 years cognate experience from Retail or Service Industries.

Location: Victoria Island/Ikoyi



Job responsibilities

  • Welcome customer
  • Take all details needed for the order
  • Give price to customers (with the help from supervisor/manager)
  • Up-selling for both services and stationary section
  • Report to Supervisor
  • Client enquiry & feedback
  • Updating database
  • Reply to e-mails
  • Answering the phones after two rings



  • Excellent MS Office skills especially MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication via email
  • Report writing
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Ability to implement plans and instructions
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to plan and execute plans



N70,000 monthly net pay
