Requirements
✅ Must have completed formal culinary education from a recognized culinary or hospitality institution.
✅ Minimum of 3–4 years proven experience in a reputable hotel, airline catering company, or large-scale kitchen operation.
✅ Must possess Food Safety and Hygiene Certification.
✅ Strong understanding of international culinary standards, portion control, and food presentation.
✅ Excellent teamwork, time management, and communication skills.
✅ Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
