We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer & Content Creator to join our team. This role combines digital marketing strategy with hands-on content creation to drive brand awareness, engagement, and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote the company’s services.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content (social media posts, blogs, graphics, videos).
• Manage company’s social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook).
• Optimize company website and content for SEO and search rankings.
• Plan and execute online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Develop and manage content calendars.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using digital analytics tools.
• Collaborate with HR consultants and other departments to align content with business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital tools, and emerging marketing opportunities.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ proven experience in digital marketing and content creation.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media algorithms.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Must reside in Abuja, preferably close to Wuse Market or Gwarimpa.
