A reputable organization in Abuja is seeking an experienced Company Secretary and Senior Legal Counsel to lead corporate governance, regulatory compliance and board advisory functions.
The role involves managing board processes, ensuring compliance with CAMA and applicable regulations, handling statutory filings, advising directors, reviewing and drafting contracts, and supporting overall corporate governance.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years post call experience
LL.B and Call to the Nigerian Bar
Mandatory membership of ICSAN or ICSA UK
Strong experience in corporate governance and compliance
High level of professionalism and discretion
