Job Duties
• Attend to customers loan request
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding loan payments via calls
• Keep updated records
• Answer questions and address complaints from Customers
Requirements and skills
1. Minimum of a National Diploma
2. Familiarity with office machines (e.g. Computer, etc.)
3. Proficient in English (oral and written)
4. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
5. Strong communication and people skills
Salary: #50,000 + HMO and Pension Benefits.
