Job Summary
HRLeverage Ghana is seeking a highly skilled Blockchain & AI Developer to join our innovative technology team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy blockchain-based solutions and AI-powered applications that drive efficiency and transformation for businesses across Africa.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement blockchain solutions using platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or similar.
Build and deploy AI/ML models for business process automation, predictive analytics, and decision support.
Write clean, secure, and scalable code in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, Solidity, JavaScript).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain and AI solutions into existing systems.
Research emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions for business transformation.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade systems to ensure optimal performance.
Ensure compliance with best practices in security, scalability, and maintainability.
Requirements
Proven experience in blockchain development (Ethereum, Hyperledger, or other frameworks).
Strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, model training, and deployment.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Solidity, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with smart contract development and decentralized applications (dApps).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
