What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement winning sales strategies targeting corporate, institutional, and individual clients.
  • Generate leads through events, networking, referrals, and social media.
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Negotiate and close deals on property sales, leases, and hospitality contracts.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and monitor competition.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, open houses, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute impactful promotional campaigns.
  • Track sales performance and provide reports, forecasts, and KPIs.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in hospitality or real estate with a strong track record of closing deals.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong networking abilities and industry know-how.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.)
