Key Responsibilities
Handle customer cash deposits, withdrawals, and cheque transactions accurately.
Process payments such as bills, loan repayments, and fund transfers.
Provide frontline customer service by responding to inquiries and directing clients appropriately.
Verify customer identity and ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures.
Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate daily transaction records.
Escalate complex issues or suspicious transactions to supervisors or the compliance team.
Requirements
OND/HND/B.Sc. in any related discipline.
1–3 years’ experience as a Teller, Cashier, or in a customer service role (banking experience is an advantage).
Strong numeracy skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism.
Basic knowledge of banking regulations and financial transactions.
