We are currently recruiting for a Sales Team Lead for one of our client who is in the business of marketing consumer Goods.

As Sales Leader you will help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team’s potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to management.

Job Responsibility
· Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
· Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
· Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
· Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Day-to-day management of online and offline campaigns across channels including (but not limited to): paid, social, paid search, content, direct, organic, referral, email, direct mail, podcasts, and video.

Requirements and skills
· Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
· Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
· Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
B2B sales experience
Experience in setting sales goals and meeting them
Proven Ability to lead a team
Strong oral and written communication skills.
