Job Summary
HRLeverage Africa, the pan African workforce management company is seeking a motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for sales and client relationships to Join our client dynamic team who is in the real estate and cooperative contributions sector.
Key Responsibilities:
•Identify, engage, and acquire potential clients for real estate and cooperative contribution products.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
•Conduct market research and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
•Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
•Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and relevant documents to clients.
Requirements:
•Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, financial services, or cooperative schemes.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Goal-oriented with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets.
•Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
•Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
•Knowledge of local real estate market trends is a plus.
