Job Summary
HRLeverage, The Pan-African workforce management company, is recruiting a results-driven Sales & Marketing Associate for its client.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth across all divisions.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and convert new business opportunities
✅ Execute strategic sales plans and meet revenue targets
✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships
✅ Lead and support marketing campaigns
✅ Prepare proposals and close deals
✅ Collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery
✅ Report on sales performance and market trends
🎯 Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mass Communication, or related field
Proven experience in sales/marketing roles within construction, heavy equipment rental, building materials, industrial supplies, logistics & fleet management, oil & gas services, or industrial/manufacturing equipment sales
Strong knowledge of the Nigerian construction and equipment rental market
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Experience in digital marketing and campaign management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM tools
Self-driven and target-oriented
