Job Role: Sales Manager ( Household Electronics)
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Architect and lead the implementation of robust sales plans to capture new market segments and accelerate revenue.
· Forge Powerful Alliances: Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships with key distributors, major retailers, and B2B clients.
· Drive Market Penetration: Take ownership of sales targets, aggressively promoting our portfolio of innovative household electronics to expand our market share.
· Champion Key Accounts: Serve as the primary relationship manager for major accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
· Lead Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover new trends, anticipate competitor moves, and identify untapped opportunities for expansion.
· Deliver Winning Proposals: Craft and present persuasive business proposals that clearly articulate value and secure new business.
Job Requirement:
· A minimum of 5 years of sales or business development experience, with a significant portion within the household electronics/technology sector in Nigeria.
· An established and robust network of contacts within the Nigerian electronics industry is a significant advantage.
· A documented history of not just meeting, but consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
· Exceptional skills in negotiation, communication, and executive-level presentation.
· A strategic and analytical mindset, with a proven ability to solve complex challenges.
· A self-driven and proactive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
