HRLeverage a Pan-African workforce management company is seeking to recruit reliable and experienced sales executive officer for our client that is a major player in the freight and forwarding industry.
Job Title: Sales Executive
Industry: Freight Forwarding / Logistics
Location: Lagos, Abuja, Port-Harcourt
Remuneration: #200,000
Responsibilities
-Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling products/services/solutions.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and referrals.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
– Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns.
– Present and negotiate proposals effectively to close deals.
– Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline progress within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
– Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to remain competitive.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
– Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales role, preferably in a freight forwarding or logistics industry.
– Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
