Job Description
Our client, a real estate company aimed at providing affordable landed properties is looking to hire a lawyer to handle the following responsibilities.
- Draft and negotiate real estate transaction
- Draft routine lease and amendment
- Represent the company in purchase and sales properties
- Ensure that appropriate approval are in place before real estate transaction are executed
- Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise client accordingly
- Interpret law, rulings and regulations for real estate
- Excellent command of English language and Bold

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in law
- 0 to 2year experience
- experience in real estate law and industry knowledge
- Experience in title insurance, underwriting
- Natural leader who displays sound judgement and attention to detail
- proficient with Microsoft office
- Must reside on the island or close environs
