Job Description

Supervise a team of quality control officers, providing guidance and support as needed.
-Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with company standards and
industry regulations.
-Conduct regular inspections on raw materials, packaging, in-process production, and finished goods to identify defects,
deviations, and non-conformities.
-Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
-Maintain accurate records of quality control data, including inspection reports, test results, and documentation.
-Ensure SOPs are updated in a manner and they reflect current site practices.
-Monitor and analyze quality control metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
-Lead root cause analysis investigations to determine the underlying causes of quality issues and develop preventive
-Contribute to Quality Standards and guidelines updates/enhancement
-Participate in internal and external audits, providing documentation and support as needed.
-Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements related to
quality control.
-Manage and support in the plant’s quality and housekeeping programs
-Investigate and support in responding to customer and consumer complaints..


  • 222,000 – 250,000 Net Salary

Job Requirements

– 5 years minimum experience in quality control in a supervisory or leadership role.
-Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing,
Statistical Process Control).
-Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in tape, polymer, packaging, and nylon industry. –
Excellent communication and verbal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams
and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality control software systems.
