· Manage Travel program for various Company clientele |
· Liaise / Negotiate with suppliers (Hotels, Car Hire, protocol , meet and greet, etc) to get best discount rates |
· Collate feedbacks and make appropriate reports |
· Co-ordinate local RFP processes |
· Proactively identify and implement solutions to constantly improve service level and performance |
· Make business presentation, attend commercial business exhibition, conferences, and meeting on behalf of the Company |
· Maintain service level agreement (SLA) in accordance with set cooperate polices. |
· Establish and enlighten team on client Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), and adherence by team members and Vendor’s alike. |
· Manage escalations / emergencies when it arises |
· Periodical Reviews & Feedback with Travel Manager’s |
· Manage relationship amongst GPD’s, TTS, Implant and Team alike. |
· Ensure corporate Travel policy are understood, while ensuring compliance by Travellers, Travel managers / coordinators , Implant’s and Team alike |
