Job Description

We are HRLeverage Africa Consulting Ltd, a workforce management company; our client is looking to fill in the position of an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment.


  1. Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly
  2. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  3. Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
  4. Manage office budget
  5. Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
  6. Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
  7. Manage all staff to ensure they deliver on their job objectives.


  • 100,000 GROSS

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
  2. 2-3 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
  3. Must have exceptional attention to detail
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
  5. Must be a self-starter and driven
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
  8. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
