An Office Manager is urgently needed for a manufacturing company in Lagos.
Job responsibilities:
- -Filling of all offers and updating of the weekly project reporting template
- -Carry out market intelligence and information sharing on projects, clients, financiers, project owners, etc
- Support with planning and communication as well as participate at all technical workshops
- -Process all requisitions for pre-approval and procurement
- -Act as direct liaison for service providers
- -Prepare payment vouchers and support the month end account closing and reporting process
- -Manage warehouse load out and load in operations, organize crane providers
- -Comply with HSE regulations before all load out/in operations.
- -Carry out any other task assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
Minimum of bachelor degree in any discipline. A professional certificate relevant to the role is an added advantage.
Experience required: Minimum of 2 years of work experience relevant to the role.
