JOB TITLE: MARKETER
HRLeverage Africa is an HR management, outsourcing and recruitment service provider currently seeking to fill in the position for an investment company. As a MARKETER, you would be required to provide first-class service in order to push the sales of the products and act as an intermediary between the company and its clients.
This role is very crucial, as it is the main heart of the organization and it is expected that you put in best to ensure that your potential is fully utilized positively.
Duties:
Engage in superior customer service by making information readily available
Persist in sales even in the face of failure
Demonstrate products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
Answer questions accurately from clients
Make product knowledge readily available to self and other cold-market personnel through various resources.
Find positive and legal ways to sell products in the face of a down market
Research clients base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
Create a plan for gaining customers and retaining
Requirements
1. 1-2 years’ experience in service marketing (experience in financial/ forex sales is an advantage)
2. Good oral and verbal communication skills.
3. Good time management skills.
