A new shopping mall in located in Lekki urgently requires the services of an experienced result oriented Mall Marketing Manager with a background in property management. And at least 7 years work experience in the Retail Industry.
Job Description
•Participate in organising the launching, tactical and seasonal campaigns of the shopping centers (concept, media planning, execution, supervision, events coordination);
•Attract internationally known brands to work with us, using his/her connections.
Direct, oversee and manage the marketing team
•To construe and conduct niche marketing programmes, surveys, research and development.
•Focus on operational issues, with the goal of maximising the asset value of the organisation.
•Execute sales and marketing plans that address shopping center issues and opportunities, resulting in marketing programmes that enhance tenant, community, and media relations, and increase shopping center sales;
•Maintain effective media relations by fielding media calls and preparing responses, as directed by the Mall’s management;
•Establish strategic partnerships by marketing and selling the assets of the shopping park to consumers, advertisers, marketing companies, and the surrounding business community;
•Liaise and coordinate the marketing suppliers (advertising, media, PR agencies); maintaining the relationship with the existent tenants of the Shopping Galleries and the local authorities.
