Urgent Hire:
An investment company in Lagos Island, with diverse interests in finance, healthcare, technology, and real estate, is seeking to hire an Internal Audit Associate.
Qualifications:
* A first degree in Accounting or any related course from an accredited institution
* ICAN certified or in the final stage
* 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Job Responsibilities:
* Conducts unit/departmental audit and preparess audit reports based on the audit plan for the year
* Conduct risk assessments and update risk register on quarterly basis.
* Monthly Post & Pre-Payment Audit Check as well as Bank Reconciliation
* Verification and inspecting of fixed assets on bi-annual basis in collaboration with all departments.
* Prepayment audit and budget tracking
* To conduct call over of daily transactions in finance/account.
* Monthly Subsidiaries oversight functions:
* Ensure prompt rendition of statutory returns.
