Job Summary
Our client one of the professional multi discipline Real estate and property development
company in Victoria island, Lagos is currently recruiting for Human Resource Officer
This role reports to the General manager and he/she is responsible for planning ,
implementing and managing the overall Talent Acquisition strategy as well as ensuring
engagement of employees.
Report Line Direct to GM
Job details :
Organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training
programs.
Overseeing employee health and safety procedures.
Performing administrative tasks.
Monitoring employee performance.
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
Develop training and development programs.
Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting and promotion and hiring
analytics.
Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions,
performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and
absence management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development
etc.).
Skills &
Competency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good understanding of labor laws.
Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems
(HRIS), Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and demonstrated skills in database
management and record keeping.
