The ideal candidate will be responsible for steadily attracting and maintaining top talent.
RESPONSIBILITIES
THE HR Manager will be expected to:
- Maintain a seamless onboarding process.
- Train, counsel, and coach the staff members.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed.
- Conduct performance and wage reviews.
- Create clear policies and increasing policy awareness
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years work experience
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of relevant health, LABOUR and safety laws.
- Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
- Payroll administration as well as the implementation of employee compensation/benefits package
SALARY: 120K
