Front Desk Officer

In line with our business partnering strategies, We are currently recruiting for our client- a public relations and marketing  communication company in Ikeja area of Lagos. We seek to recruit Front Desk Officer who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service.


  • Greeting customers and answer their questions in a friendly, conversational manner.
  • Strive to provide guests with the best experience possible and work problems
  • – Answer Phone And Operate A Switchboard
  • -Ensure Reception Area Is Tidy
  • -Coordinate Mail Flow In and Out Of Office/ Collect and Distribute Parcels
  • – Must Be Highly Presentable Communicating with relevant people for administrative and non-administrative issues.
  • Answered inquiries pertaining to our services, guest registration and make recommendations regarding the organization.
  • Maintained a professional relationship with visitors throughout their stay by phone and direct contact
  • Analyzed information and evaluated results to choose the best solution and solve customer problems
  • -Take Up Other Duties As Assigned
  • Drafting and submitting relevant reports to concerned superior
    • – Degree In Office Management/Related Courses
    • – Proven Experience As Front Desk Officer
    • -Knowledge Of Office Management
    • -Proficient In English
    • Good ethics for business
    • -Strong Communications And People Skills
    • – Good Organisational & Multi Tasking Abilities
    • Applicable experience or successful track record with 2 to 4 years’ experience.
    • Familiarity relevant government rules, basic legal procedure construction.
