Job Title :Executive Business Assistant
Location: Lagos, Ibadan
We’re looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage complex calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements
– Provide administrative support with impeccable attention to detail
– Coordinate meetings, conferences, and special projects
– Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients
– Analyze and improve workflows, processes, and procedures
– Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Business Support:
– Prepare and edit business correspondence, reports, and presentations
– Manage databases, spreadsheets, and data analysis
– Provide support for business development, marketing, and sales initiatives
Requirements:
– BSc/HND in Business Administration or a related course
– Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
– Expertise in Trello, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other business apps
– Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
– Experience with project management tools like Asana, ClickUp, or Jira
– Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce
– Knowledge of cloud-based storage solutions like Dropbox
