Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Estate Surveyor & Valuer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for property inspections, valuation exercises, estate management, and real estate advisory services. You will also play a vital role in ensuring accurate property assessments, excellent client service, and the positive projection of our brand within the real estate sector.
Requirements
– Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Estate Surveying & Valuation
– A degree in Estate Management or related field (B.Sc./HND)
– Must be a graduate or student member of NIESV (Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers)
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Good knowledge of property valuation methods and estate management practices
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with property management software is an advantage
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
Responsibilities
– Carry out property valuations for sales, lettings, mortgages, insurance, and other purposes
– Conduct property inspections and prepare detailed reports
– Support in managing client properties, including rent collection, tenancy agreements, and facility management
– Carry out market surveys and research to support valuation and advisory services
– Prepare valuation reports and documentation in line with professional standards
– Provide real estate advisory and consultancy services
– Monitor industry trends and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
– Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent client service and innovative property solutions
– Assist in marketing property listings and maintaining strong client relationships
