HRLeverage Africa is an HR management, outsourcing and recruitment service provider currently seeking to fill in the position for a client; a catering and logistics service provider to airlines in Nigeria.
This Client needs a smart dispatcher clerk who has a keen interest in operations, maintaining an organized system and customer service.
- Manage customer service satisfaction by providing update eta and location of drivers.
- Manage all accounting functions such as billing, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cost reports.
- Monitoring and tracking Services and Network Operations provisioning, maintenance and alarm work active.
- Must keep track of all equipment modifications, delayed flights, and gate adjustments with dispatchers.
- Audit of logs and trip reports and other DOT reporting, maintain of files, customer service interaction, resolution of driver equipment requests
- Perform other duties: i.e., filing, copying, collating, record keeping.
