Job Summary
The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for producing compelling digital content across multiple platforms (social media, website, email, etc.) to enhance the company’s online visibility, promote HR services, and support talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate is both creative and strategic, with a strong understanding of HR trends and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation:
o Develop engaging and original content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
o Write blog posts, articles, case studies, and newsletters related to HR topics, talent development, and industry trends.
o Produce short videos, infographics, and visual assets to support campaigns.
o Create compelling copy for email marketing and web landing pages.
• Social Media Management:
o Schedule, post, and monitor content across all social platforms.
o Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage community engagement.
o Track performance analytics and provide regular reports on engagement and reach.
• Brand Development:
o Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across digital content.
o Collaborate with HR consultants and recruiters to develop campaign ideas aligned with business goals.
• SEO & Website Content:
o Optimize content for search engines using SEO best practices.
o Update and maintain website content, ensuring relevance and accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, English, or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience as a digital content creator, social media manager, or similar role (HR industry experience is a plus).
• Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp), and basic CMS (e.g., WordPress).
• Strong understanding of HR and recruitment trends is an added advantage.
