DCP Butcher Chef

HRLeverage Africa is an HR management, outsourcing and recruitment service provider currently seeking to fill in the position for a client; a catering and logistics service provider to airlines in Nigeria.

This Client needs Butcher Chef to provide high-quality meats and services to the customers.

Responsibilities

  1. Cutting, grinding and preparing meats.
  2. Keeping records, budgets, and inventory.
  3. Performing quality inspections on meats and other products.
  4. Adhering to food safety and sanitation controls.

Requirements

  1. Education or food preparation or meat cutting experience.
  2. Ability to use hand tools, stand or walk for extending periods, lift heavy items, and work in cold environments.
