Responsibilities
- Answering enquiries relating to company’s products through online chats, email, or phone calls, When customer contacts the company.
- Provide General Customer Support
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint.
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Generate sales leads.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Requirements
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- A degree in business Administration or any related discipline.
