Who will be acting as the face of a company and directly work with customers to answer their questions or provide additional support where needed.

Location : Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Answering enquiries relating to company’s products through online chats, email, or phone calls, When customer contacts the company.
  • Provide General Customer Support
  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint.
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Generate sales leads.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

 

Requirements

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • A degree in business Administration or any related discipline.
