Job Title: Client Services Executive

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day communication with new and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent engagement and strategic support.
• Prepare reports, performance analyses, and campaign insights for internal and client use.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and strategic initiatives.
• Attend to client briefs, develop proposals, and share costings in collaboration with internal teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of campaign materials

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Mass Communication, Media, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of client servicing experience strictly within the VAS, media and advertising industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven client-facing experience with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and a sound understanding of marketing principles and VAS Preferred Attributes
• Outgoing and engaging personality with strong presentation skills.
• Energetic, confident, and passionate about marketing, branding, and client success.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to solving client challenges.
