A fully indigenous transportation company based in Asaba, Delta State that specializes in transport vehicle hires requires the services of a Business Development and Marketing Manager in full-time employment capacity to coordinate and manage its business development and marketing activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and establish prospective opportunities to meet strategic business objectives and plans
- Strengthen the company’s business development and marketing processes, systems, and procedures
- Achieve financial (revenue and profit) objectives by ensuring increase in customer base as well as maintaining existing customers through optimal hiring of company transport vehicles etc.
- Provide quality marketing and sales leadership in daily business activities while upholding the company’s values always
- Provide periodic (quarterly and annual) comprehensive business performance reports to the MD/CEO
- Other job-related tasks as assigned by the MD/CEO
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Marketing or any other related discipline
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years experience in road transport vehicle hire business
- Excellent knowledge of road transportation business, market and industry dynamics and trends
- Experience in developing and nurturing businesses in competitive markets
- Effective communication
- Analytical skills
