We are HRLeverage Africa Consulting Ltd, a workforce management company; our client is looking to fill in the position of an Administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to managers and employees as well as tending to clients and office visitors.
● Answer and direct phone calls
● Organize and schedule appointments
● Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
● Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
● Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
● Develop and maintain a filing system
