HRLeverage Africa Ltd is a consulting firm with operations in Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan, Nairobi and other parts of Africa . We are currently hiring for the role of a Performance Management Supervisor.
Our client , a real estate agency is need of a performance management supervisor who would be in charge of overseeing the workflow at the facilities. The ideal applicant should be knowledgeable and capable of guiding and training personnel.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The performance management supervisor is expected to:
- Set performance and deadline goals that are consistent with the company’s aims and vision, and convey them to subordinates.
- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
- Ensure employee productivity should be monitored, and positive criticism and coaching should be provided.
- Prepare and submit performance reports
Job Requirements
- Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- 1-3 YEARS HRM GENERAL OFFICER
