Job Description
The Admin/Accounts Officer will handle administrative coordination, financial record-keeping, documentation, and general office management. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.
Responsibilities
* Maintain financial records and prepare basic reports
* Handle invoicing, petty cash, and reconciliations
* Manage administrative processes and office documentation
* Support management with data entry and file management
* Oversee office supplies and logistics
Requirements
* Minimum of B.Sc degree
* Professional certification is an added advantage
* 2–3 years experience in administration or accounting
* Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
* Good communication and organizational skills
