Position Summary
HR Leverage Ghana, a Pan-African Workforce Management and HR Consulting firm, is seeking motivated and target-driven Sales Agents across multiple regions in Ghana. The Sales Agent will be responsible for prospecting, generating leads, closing sales, and promoting company products and services while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and generate sales leads.
- Promote and sell company products/services to new and existing clients.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Conduct market surveys and gather customer feedback.
- Prepare daily or weekly performance reports.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and achieve results.
Job Requirements
- SHS/Certificate/Diploma qualification or higher.
- Previous experience in sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to meet targets and work independently.
- Proactive, energetic, and customer-oriented.
- Willing to work in the assigned regional location.
Software/Tools Proficiency
- Ability to use WhatsApp for communication and reporting.
- Basic smartphone and digital communication skills.
