Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily travel operations including tour logistics, fleet scheduling, and client service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
- Coordinate with vendors, drivers, and tour guides to ensure smooth execution of travel itineraries.
- Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Monitor and report on operational performance metrics.
- Support the development of new travel packages and service offerings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, train, and motivate the operations team to maintain high performance and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of relevant work experience in travel, tours, or hospitality operations.
- Strong background in fleet management and logistics coordination.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
- Fluency in English and at least one Ghanaian language (Twi, Ga, Ewe, or others).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic travel management software.
Hybrid Work Requirements:
This role is primarily on-site, with flexibility for administrative and coordination tasks to be handled remotely as needed. The candidate must be available for field operations, client visits, and occasional weekend or holiday travel.
