Digital Marketing Manager (Hybrid – Accra)

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital growth of a leading Resort and Real Estate brand. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, enjoys creating engaging online experiences, and has a passion for driving brand visibility and customer engagement.

You will take full ownership of the digital marketing strategy overseeing social media, lead-generation campaigns, website optimization, online brand positioning, and digital content that showcases luxurious resort experiences and real estate offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies that drive brand growth and lead generation.
  • Manage and scale social media campaigns across all major platforms with compelling content that reflects the brand’s hospitality and real estate identity.
  • Lead performance marketing initiatives, including paid ads, SEO, email marketing, and retargeting.
  • Analyze website, campaign, and social media data using web analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Sales, Guest Experience, Branding, and Real Estate—to maintain a consistent and appealing brand image.
  • Identify trends, new digital opportunities, and emerging technologies to keep the brand ahead of the competition.
  • Manage digital projects and ensure timely execution of marketing deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Proven hands-on experience managing social media and digital campaigns, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, or real estate sectors.
  • Knowledge of lead generation strategies for both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, SEO, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic actions.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for creating engaging digital experiences.
  • Up-to-date with current digital trends, innovative marketing practices, and industry technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in a B2B or HR-tech-driven environment is an added advantage.
